    RA250 stories: The architects

David Chipperfield Architects has been given the task of uniting the Academy’s two buildings – Burlington House and 6 Burlington Gardens – into one cultural site, and creating new spaces such as a link bridge and lecture theatre.

Nick Hill, Associate Director of David Chipperfield Architects, discusses what’s involved in bringing the project from concept to reality with DCA architects Maria Giramé and Jonathan Cohen.
